Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass quality inspection.
